Upper Body PT
Pull-ups 5 x 2,4,6,8 reps
Regular grip
Reverse grip
Close grip
Wide grip
Mountain climbers
Total Pull-ups = 100
Push up Ladder: 5,10,15,25,25,20,15,10,5
Sit up Ladder: 10,20,30,40,50,50,40,30,20,10
8 count body builders x 20
Max pushups in 2 min.
Max situps in 2 min.
Max pull-ups
