just letting you know we are going to be changing the order of events for
the SEAL PT a little this week from the previous schedule. Tommorow's
original plan was swimming but I'm switching tommorow and Friday's PT around
so tommorow's PT looks like this :
Swimming
200m warmup
1000m sidestroke
200m cool down
Strength pyramid (I will explain this on Friday because it's long)
Neck exercises
up/down: 20
left/right: 20
Max pushups in 2 min.
Max situps in 2 min.
Max pull-ups
*We will start with the strength portion first and then do the swimming
second. Meet me in my room @ 0440 in PT Gear with a bathing suit,goggles,
and something to hydrate with.
